Email Settings

Hello,

We moved to a new server yesterday and these are the email settings that should be used

Incoming mail server: mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing mail server: mail.yourdomain.com
(BOTH mail server must be set)
username: full email address
password: email password

Ports:

POP - 110

IMAP: 143

For a secure send

SMTP-TLS - 587 (recommended - requires authentication: in outlook, under the outgoing settings, the "my outgoing mail server requires authentication" with the "use the same login as incoming" enabled, DO NOT USE secure password authentication (SPA) as that's for Exchange servers)
If the sending doesn't work try port 465
